I’m Margie Wood, President and Founder of UNLIMITED OPTIONS in Latham, NY. Throughout my 84 years on this beautiful planet, I’ve had the privilege of serving in many roles—art teacher, group facilitator, instructor, motivational keynote and conference speaker, business consultant, and relationship coach. Each season of my life has deepened my passion for helping others grow, heal, and transform.

Back in the mid-70s, I was a guest on several radio shows in the Albany, NY area and had the joy of producing and hosting a live Parent Talk Show on WMHT in 1976.

Today, I offer individual, family, and group coaching and therapy to those who are ready to reconnect with themselves—mind, body, and spirit. With warmth, positivity, and unconditional regard, I guide each soul to love and accept themselves more fully, so they can shine their light and walk a path toward peace.
